Western Sydney Wanderers have announced the departures of nine first team players following the conclusion of their Ninja A-League contracts.
Following on from confirmation that defender Madison McComasky has left the club, the Wanderers have now also farewelled Sienna Saveska, Amelia Cassar, Gemma Ferris, Paige Haywood, Talia Kapetanellis, Maya Lobo, Aya Seino, Keely Segavcic and Bronte Trew.

Wanderers’ Golden Boot winner for season 2024-25, Saveska scored seven goals and registered three assists over the course of a season which saw her feature 22 times for the eventual wooden spooners.
Scoring four goals in 19 games, midfielder Trew also proved to be a source of goals for Geoff Abrahams’ side last season.

With 2024 Julie Dolan Medallist Sophie Harding having already left the club the Wanderers now have just 12 players signed up for the 2025-26 campaign, meaning fans can expect a flurry of signing ahead of of the new season.
There is some good news for the club though with influential midfielder Amy Chessari committing her future to the club whilst teenage talent Talia Younis has also signed a new contract.
Finally, 24-year-old midfielder Ena Harada has also signed a new contract ahead of the Ninja A-League 2025-26 season.
