Perth Glory have confirmed the return of homegrown midfielder Callum Timmins to the Isuzu UTE A-League club on a three-year deal.
Timmins, 25, joined Glory’s junior ranks in 2015 as a 16-year-old and went on to make 40 first-team appearances for his hometown club.

But in 2022, Timmins signed for Newcastle Jets and spent the following three seasons at the Novocastrians. Now, with 106 Isuzu UTE A-League games under his belt, Timmins returns to where his professional journey began, and is eager to play in front of his home fans once again.
“I’m very excited to sign at Perth Glory and help them push back up to where they deserve to be,” Timmins said.
“Perth being my home, it’s going to make me work harder than anywhere else as the club holds a special place for me, not only as a player, but as a supporter and I want to see the club succeed.
“Being from Perth and playing for Glory makes me incredibly proud and coming out to play at HBF Park in front of all the Glory Members and fans is something I’ve really missed and wanted to feel again in my career.
“I really do believe we can get this club back on the top where it belongs!”

Timmins is the third new arrival at the club since the end of the 2024-25 Isuzu UTE A-League regular season, with experienced Phoenix duo Sam Sutton (2027-28) and Scott Wootton (2026-27) both joining Timmins in penning long-term deals under head coach David Zdrilic.
Glory have re-signed Trent Ostler (2026-27), Lachie Wales (2025-26) and Luke Amos (2025-26), while announcing the departures of Jaylan Pearman, Anas Hamzaoui, Lachie Barr, Patrick Wood (end of loan) and Riley Warland as the busiest movers in the transfer market of all Isuzu UTE A-League clubs so far.
Perth football director Stan Lazaridis says Timmins returns to the club as a midfielder in his prime.
“Callum has developed into a really well-rounded midfielder,” Lazaridis said.
“He’s got a great engine, has a very good passing range and is strong in the tackle and we feel that he will really complement the other midfielders we have in the squad.
“During his time with the Jets, he’s fully established himself as a regular starter and consistent performer in the A-League and at 25, he’s coming back to us very much in his prime.
“We know that he loves Perth Glory and will be absolutely desperate to help drive the club forward both this coming season and beyond.”
