Perth Glory have secured the services of central midfielder Luke Amos for another season, after the Englishman signed a contract extension to remain with the club through to the end of the 2025-26 Isuzu UTE A-League campaign.
The 28-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur, Queens Park Rangers and Hibernian midfielder joined Glory in the January transfer window and made an instant impact, scoring Glory’s Goal of the Season against Brisbane Roar in Round 23 amid a run of eight starts from mid-February to the end of the regular season.
The Tottenham youth product and England Under-18 international struggled for game time at Hibernian before joining Glory but after an encouraging start to life in Perth, has been backed by football director Stan Lazaridis to become one of the Isuzu UTE A-League’s top midfielders after a full pre-season in the West.

“We knew the quality Luke had when we signed him and he showed that consistently for us during the back end of the season,” Lazaridis said.
“I believe that he can be one of the most influential central midfielders in the league with a proper pre-season under his belt and as a club, we’re extremely pleased to have retained his services for the 2025-26 campaign.
“Luke has become a big favourite with our members and fans and I have no doubt that he will continue to be a key player for us.”
Amos is the third player to have re-signed with Perth since the end of the season, joining Trent Ostler and Lachie Wales in extending his stay at the club.
