Indonesia international Rafael Struick bids farewell to brisbane Roar after one-season stint

Brisbane Roar have confirmed Indonesia international Rafael Struick’s departure from the club after the expiration of his one-season contract.

The 22-year-old featured 10 times for Brisbane throughout the 2024-25 season, with his one league goal coming against Sydney FC in Round 3.

Struick is the sixth confirmed departure from Brisbane’s 2024-25 squad ahead of new head coach Michael Valkanis’ first season at the helm. The Dutch-born Indonesia international has joined Keegan Jelacic (end of loan), Florin Berenguer, Louis Zabala, Adam Zimarino and Corey Brown in leaving the club after a 12th-place finish in the 2024-25 campaign.
