The Boost Mobile Young Footballer of the Year award went to 20-year-old Adelaide United forward Archie Goodwin, who also claimed an equal share of the Isuzu UTE A-League Golden Boot with 13 regular-season goals, level with Sydney FC’s Adrian Segecic.

The Shark Fan Player of the Year Award was claimed by Auckland FC left-back Francis De Vries, who was plucked from New Zealand’s Northern League for the Black Knights’ inaugural Isuzu UTE A-League season, and proceeded to become a fan favourite with his expert set-piece and crossing ability, combined with his determined defensive work.
Auckland head coach Steve Corica was named Coach of the Year after guiding the Black Knights to the Premiership in the club’s first-ever season. Corica won all six Coach of the Month awards in 2024-25 en route to the historic Premiership title.
Wanderers forward Zac Sapsford won the eToro Playmaker of the Year award, while Western United youngster Jordan Lauton claimed Goal of the Year honours for his ridiculous match-winning bicycle kick in a 4-3 triumph over Perth Glory at HBF Park.
On loan from Premier League side AFC Bournemouth, Auckland FC gloveman Alex Paulsen was named Goalkeeper of the Year after keeping 13 clean sheets for the Premiers.
Adelaide United claimed the competition’s Fair Play Award after finishing the season with the fewest points on the ‘fair play ladder’ at the conclusion of the regular season.
Ninja A-League Women
Melbourne Victory and CommBank Matildas star Alex Chidiac took out the Julie Dolan Medal for the second time in her career, after a brilliant 2024-25 campaign in the Ninja A-League.
Chidiac became just the fifth player to win the Julie Dolan Medal on two occasions after claiming the prestigious honour whilst at Victory in 2022-23.
VOTING BREAKDOWN: How Alex Chidiac won her second Julie Dolan Medal
Only Sam Kerr (2016-17, 2017-18), Clare Polkinghorne (2012-13, 2017-18 – shared with Kerr), Michelle Heyman (2009, 2020-21) and Taryn Rockall (2000 and 2004) had won two Julie Dolan Medals before Chidiac’s triumph at the Dolan Warren Awards on Tuesday night.
Chidiac finished the voting count on 26 votes, one ahead of Adelaide United star Erin Healy.

DOLAN WARRENS: How to watch this year’s awards show

The Boost Mobile Young Footballer of the Year award went to Sydney FC’s terrific teenager Indiana Dos Santos; the 17-year-old was the January nominee for the award and although the 2024-25 Ninja A-League season was a disappointing one for the Sky Blues, Dos Santos continued her rise as one of Australia’s most promising up-and-coming talents with a superb individual campaign.
The Shark Fan Player of the Year Award went to Central Coast Mariners star Isabel Gomez.

Gomez was spectacular for the Mariners in the club’s fairytale run to the Grand Final; the 22-year-old scored the match-winning goal to eliminate Premiers Melbourne City in the Semi-Finals, and scored again for the Mariners against Victory in the title decider. After 120 minutes, a 1-1 draw in the Grand Final led to a penalty shootout in which Gomez converted from the spot as the Mariners defeated Victory to claim the club’s first Championship title.
Gomez was awarded Player of the Match honours, just days after her second Matildas call-up ahead of a potential international debut against Argentina in Melbourne on May 30.
Adelaide United boss Adrian Stenta was named Coach of the Year after transforming the Reds from wooden spooners to title contenders in just one year. Adelaide finished 12th under Stenta in 2023-24 but surged to a third-place finish this season, before falling to Victory in the Semi-Finals.

Newcastle Jets star Sophie Hoban was named eToro Playmaker of the Year, while Victory youngster Alana Jancevski claimed Goal of the Season honours for a spectacular free-kick scored against Sydney FC.
And there was one more accolade for the Champions Central Coast, as Sarah Langman was named Goalkeeper of the Year at the end of a stellar individual campaign in Gosford.
Melbourne City capped off an historic ‘invincible’ season by also claiming the Ninja A-League Women Fair Play Award with the fewest points on the ‘fair play ladder’ at the conclusion of the regular season.
