Adelaide United academy graduate Harry Crawford has signed his first professional contract with the Isuzu UTE A-League club.
The 18-year-old South Australian product has signed a deal until the end of the 2029 season after opening his A-Leagues account with an incredible maiden goal against Brisbane Roar last week.

It continues Crawford’s rapid rise and a whirlwind month for the teenager, who unexpectedly made his Isuzu UTE A-League on February 15 – just hours after playing 90 minutes for the club’s NPL side on the same day. Fast forward to Round 22 and the young gun scored an unforgettable goal in front of the Coopers Stadium crowd.
Now, Crawford – a versatile defender and winger – has been rewarded with a maiden pro contract as the Reds continue to promote academy talent.

“It feels amazing to finally sign my first first contract here, and to do it with my home club that I’ve supported since I was five years old, makes it even more special,” Crawford said.
“It’s been crazy couple weeks, but it’s been very special to do, especially with my first goal coming at home in my first home start.”
Crawford has made six senior appearances for Adelaide, including four in the Isuzu UTE A-League and two in the Australia Cup.

He added: “It was always my goal to play for the Reds. The goal at the weekend felt surreal, and it was so special to score at Coopers Stadium.
“This is where I always wanted to be, and I’m incredibly grateful to the club for believing in my ability. I will continue to work hard to improve every day on and off the pitch.
“This is the right environment for me to develop and improve.”

“He has an exciting future ahead, and we’re looking forward to watching him develop further.
“He’s another talented South Australian player coming through, and we’re thrilled to have him as part of our future.”
