International defender leaves Brisbane Roar for overseas club

Brisbane Roar have confirmed the departure of Republic of Ireland international Deborah-Anne De la Harpe.

De la Harpe departs Brisbane in the Ninja A-League for Swedish Damallsvenskan League outfit IFK Norrkoping.

The 25-year-old spent two seasons with the Roar, scoring three goals and supplying three assists across 36 appearances.

“Brisbane Roar would like to thank De la Harpe for her contribution to the club and wishes her all the best for her future,” a statement read.

De la Harpe joins Danelle Tan, Evdokia Popadinova, Tanaye Morris, Tamar Levin, Anneka Lewerenz, Mariel Hecher (retired), Keeley Richards (retired), Sharn Freier (Wolfsburg) Holly McQueen and Chelsea Blissett in leaving the club, while CommBank Matildas goalkeeper Chloe Lincoln, Amali Kinsella and Daisy Brown have arrived in Brisbane.
