The 25-year-old Lewerenz, who was born in the USA and moved to Australia in 2018, established herself as one of Queensland’s premier shot-stoppers over the past two seasons.

Lewerenz was crowned the 2024 NPLW QLD Goalkeeper of the Year after keeping six clean sheets while average 4.4 saves per 90 minutes and completing a 75% save rate for the Wanderers, who finished sixth last season.

”I am so grateful and thrilled for the opportunity to be a part of a phenomenal club, program and team,” Lewerenz said.

“My focus for the remainder of the season is to contribute all I can for the club and successfully fulfill my role in team. I am excited to learn from an outstanding coaching and playing group.”
