If fixture postponements let your appetite for A-Leagues football go unsatisfied over the past few months, then it’s time to sit back down at the table and devour what’s to come: the February Football Frenzy, serving up 60 A-Leagues fixtures across the 28 days of the month.
There have been just 85 fixtures across both the A-Leagues seasons to date in 2021-22, with border restrictions and surging COVID-19 cases across the country impacting both players and staff throughout testing times for the entire country.
But with the second month of the new year comes a smorgasbord of A-Leagues football, with fixtures scheduled on 24 days in February.
Each Monday from here on out in February will be the only day of each week which won’t feature an A-Leagues fixture, with games filling the calendar from Tuesday to Sunday every week.
If your club is playing at a ground near you, or if you’re eager to sample some neutral A-Leagues entertainment in the flesh, you may want to hear this: to mark the historic moment – the most ever games of professional football played in a single month in Australia – the A-Leagues are making every adult general admission ticket to every Isuzu A-League Men and Liberty A-League Women’s match in February just $20.
Unable to get out and watch the action? Fans can feast on football for six days a week, in person, on Paramount+, on Network 10 and on 10BOLD.
