The most outstanding individual performer of the 2020/21 Westfield W-League campaign will be honoured with the Julie Dolan Medal, to be awarded at the Dolan Warren Awards on Wednesday night.
The virtual awards night will take place from 7.30pm (AEST) on Wednesday night. Fans can watch the show via the A-League and Westfield W-League Facebook pages, My Football YouTube channel, and the My Football Live App on Wednesday evening, 23 June at 7:30pm (AEST).
The Dolan Warren awards will also be available to watch on Kayo Sports from 8.30pm (AEST).
Of all the stars to have graced the Westfield W-League throughout the 2020/21 season, only one will emerge with the Julie Dolan Medal as reward for a remarkable individual campaign.

Emily Gielnik – Brisbane Roar
Already collecting the Golden Boot on Wednesday night, Emily Gielnik could be going home with a pair of prizes for her stellar campaign for Brisbane Roar.
The Westfield Matildas star scored 13 goals from 12 appearances, providing two assists and creating 22 chances along the way. Gielnik scored a hat-trick against Adelaide United to propel forward in pursuit of the Golden Boot which was ultimately wrapped up with ease, as Gielnik held a three-goal gap on Michelle Heyman (10) by the end of the season.

Kyra Cooney-Cross – Melbourne Victory
Australians have watched on with excitement as one of the nation’s brightest prospects has grown from strength to strength as each year goes by.
Now at 19 years of age, Kyra Cooney-Cross has taken her undoubted talent displayed it for all to see in her breakout Westfield W-League campaign for Champions Melbourne Victory.
Cooney-Cross scored six goals and assisted four from her 14 games for the season. The midfielder created 41 chances and scored the winning goal of the Westfield W-League Grand Final, converting in dramatic fashion delivering the ball into the box from a corner in the 120th minute of play.
It was a statement end to a brilliant individual campaign for the young Aussie star.

Michelle Heyman – Canberra United
One of the stories of the Westfield W-League season was Michelle Heyman’s triumphant return after a one-season absence.
The league was enriched by Heyman’s return as the Westfield Matildas legend sprung into early leadership in the Golden Boot race.
Putting 10 goals to her name by the end of the campaign, Heyman helped Canberra climb back into the post-season after going four campaigns without Finals Series football.
