Western Sydney Wanderers have released their new Nike kits for the 2015/16 Hyundai A-League season, with the new design paying homage to their AFC Champions League triumph.
The new home and away jerseys feauture a gold star above the club’s logo, representing the Wanderers’ 2014 ACL success when they beat Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Hilal 1-0 on aggregate in the final.
Â
The gold star is stitched into the fabric as is the custom for winners of continental Cup competitions, with Western Sydney being the first Australian club to have won Asia’s most prestigious tournament.

Â
There are other subtle changes as well including thicker hoops and the Nike logo moving to the centre of the shirt.
