The Hyundai A-League club confirming they had handed over the matter to the Victoria Police.
Victory managing director Richard Wilson said in the statement the club was gathering more information about the matter.
“The club takes allegations like this very seriously,” Mr Wilson said.
“We have had conversations with Archie and, in turn, we’ve moved to ensure support networks and professional assistance is provided for both Archie and Emily.
“Archie and Emily are together and working through this matter.”
The striker finished third in last week-s Johnny Warren Medal count, which was taken out by Brisbane Roar midfielder, Thomas Broich.
