- A “Ninja A-League Women Pass” is issued by Australian Professional Leagues Company Pty Ltd ACN 646 799 199 as trustee for the Australian Professional Leagues Trust ABN 95 869 867 692 (APL) and entitles the pass holder, subject to these terms and conditions (Terms), to one junior (ages 16 and under) general admission ticket to each Ninja A-League regular season (excluding finals series matches) match for the 2024/25 season (Ninja A-League Women Pass), provided that they are accompanied to the match by an adult, who has procured their own general admission ticket to the match.
- Persons may apply for a Ninja A-League Women Pass by following the process set out in clause 9 below (Applicant). The submission of an application for a Ninja A-League Women Pass is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms by the Applicant. Parents and guardians (including Applicants) are responsible for ensuring minors under their supervision comply with these Terms.
- The Parent/Guardian and the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder acknowledges and agrees that Ninja A-League Women Passes are made available free of charge, and APL may, acting reasonably, cancel, suspend or terminate this promotion and or the Ninja A-League Women Pass/es, if it is reasonably necessary to protect APL’s legitimate interest to do so, including due to interference, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud or events beyond APL’s reasonable control.
- For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion relates to the first four rounds of the Ninja A-League Women 2024/25 regular season, including the A-Leagues Unite Round, which runs from 1 November 2024 to 24 November 2024 (Regular Season) only and does not carry over to any future seasons. The Ninja A-League Women Pass does not permit free entry to any matches of the Isuzu A-League Men competition.
Eligibility to apply for a Ninja A-League Women Pass
- The Ninja A-League Women Pass holder must be aged 16 and under, at the time of the application for the Ninja A-League Women Pass (Eligible Pass Holder).
- Only one Ninja A-League Women Pass will be allocated to each Eligible Pass Holder, and such Ninja A-League Women Pass must only be used by the Eligible Pass Holder. Ninja A-League Women Passes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
- The Ninja A-League Women Pass is free of charge, and can be used at any time during the Ninja A-League Regular Season.
- Registrations for the Ninja A-League Women Pass will close 31st December 2023, subject to extension at the promoters discretion.
- A parent or guardian (Applicant) of the intended Ninja A-League Women Pass holder may apply for a Ninja A-League Women Pass, and must read and consent to these Terms in their own right and on behalf of the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder.
- To apply, the Applicant must visit https://aleagues.com.au/ninja-a-league-women-pass-2024/ and complete the displayed form, including the Applicants and Parent/Guardians full name, email address for the digital Ninja A-League Women Pass and future contact by APL, the postal address for the physical Ninja A-L Pass, the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder’s full name, date of birth, favourite Ninja A-League Club (Application).
- Subject to these Terms, the physical Ninja A-League Women Pass will be mailed to the postal address stated in the Application and the digital Ninja A-League Women Pass will be emailed to the email address stated in the Application. Incomplete or indecipherable Applications will be deemed invalid, in the sole discretion of APL. Applicants will not be advised where their Application is rejected or deemed invalid.
How to use the Ninja A-League Women Pass
- The Ninja A-League Women Pass holder must be accompanied to all matches by an adult, who has procured their own general admission ticket to the match.
- Subject to clause 14 below, the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder can scan the Ninja A-League Women Pass at each Ninja A-League Regular Season match for the 2023/2024 Regular Season in order to gain entry into the general admission area of the match. The Ninja A-League Women Pass holder must carry photo identification and provide it to APL or any other venue operator/representative upon request. The digital pass Ninja A-League Women Pass will be made available to be downloaded to Apple Wallet and Google Pay, though APL does not make any guarantees as to the functionality of Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- Attendance to a match may be capped or unavailable, at the discretion of a Ninja A-League Club and if this occurs:
- APL will use best endeavours to notify the Applicant in writing to the email given in the Application, prior to the date of the match;
- the Applicant must visit the Ticketek website in order to obtain the complimentary general admission junior ticket for the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder, for the match using the Ninja A-League Women Pass;
- in the event that the allocation of Ninja A-League Women Pass general admission junior tickets for that match is exhausted, a ticket will not be available to the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder for that particular match; and
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder will not be able to gain general admission to the match by scanning their Ninja A-League Women Pass at the gate.
- In respect of attending a match, the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder and any other persons attending with them must comply with the venue’s rules of entry, the general admission ticketing terms, the A-Leagues Terms of Admission (https://keepup.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/A-Leagues-Terms-of-Admission.pdf) and any other applicable third party terms or codes of conduct. Breach of this clause may lead to cancellation of the Ninja A-League Women Pass.
- Offer is available from participating clubs only and subject to the participating Club’s applicable terms and conditions. Availability may be limited and certain Matches may be excluded at the discretion of individual participating clubs.

- For the avoidance of doubt, Wellington Phoenix is not a Participating Club.
- The Applicant and the Ninja A-League Women Pass holder acknowledges that the match fixture may change without notice, and that APL is not responsible for the cancellation or delay of any match for any reason beyond the control of APL.
- APL is not responsible for any travel costs, or other costs, which a Ninja A-League Women Pass holder may incur to attend the relevant match.
Integrity of this promotion
- APL reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Applications, including by requiring the provision of certified copies of identification. APL reserves the right to void an Application where it has reason to believe the Application or the Applicant breached any of these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct.
- APL is not liable for Applications or Ninja A-League Women Passes that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, indecipherable or incorrectly submitted. In the event that APL arranges replacement of a physical Ninja A-League Women Pass at the request of an Applicant, it may require the Applicant to pay a $10 ex GST administration fee before doing so.
- If, in APL’s reasonable opinion, a Ninja A-League Women Pass holder has or has attempted to transfer or share their Ninja A-League Women Pass with another person, APL may in its sole and absolute discretion cancel the relevant Ninja A-League Women Pass.
- Applicants and Ninja A-League Women Pass holders must not:
- act in a disruptive, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
- do anything that may diminish the name or reputation of APL or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion;
- breach any law or regulation; or
- behave in a way that APL deems unsafe, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.
- While in attendance at any game or venue, Applicant and Ninja A League Pass holders must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, Club and League codes of conduct and any conditions of entry for the relevant Venue.
- If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of this promotion, APL will consider the Applicant’s grievances, however reserves the right to resolve the dispute in the manner it determines most appropriate, acting reasonably.
Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, APL and each of the Clubs competing in the A Leagues (including their respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury and any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Application that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of APL; (d) use of the Ninja A-League Women Pass otherwise than in accordance with these Terms; (e) the Ninja A-League Women Pass being delayed, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit or upon delivery to the nominated Australian address due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of APL (f) match attendance being capped as described in clause 14 or (g) matches being cancelled or delayed due to events beyond APL’s reasonable control.
Privacy
- APL collects personal information in order to conduct this promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities, and may also use and handle personal information as set out in its privacy policy. Entry is conditional on providing this information. APL may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised by the Applicant, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Applicant.
