Melbourne Victory have gone unbeaten in their first seven Hyundai A-League matches, the last time they managed this was at the start of the 2007/08 campaign.
In the 2006/07 and 2007/08 campaigns Melbourne Victory were undefeated in their first seven Hyundai A-League games but went on to lose their eighth fixture both times. Both of those defeats came at the hands of Adelaide United.
The Victoria side’s run of 15 points from seven Hyundai A-League matches marks their longest unbeaten sequence since they also managed four wins and three draws in November – December 2010.
Melbourne Victory have never gone eight Hyundai A-League matches unbeaten in a single season.
Adelaide have gone the first seven Hyundai A-League games of the season unbeaten for the first time since 2010/11 when they won four and drawn three.

Brisbane Roar FC v Perth Glory
Brisbane’s total of three points from a possible 18 marks their lowest haul compared to the same stage of any previous Hyundai A-League campaign. Their previous lowest points haul after seven matches was four in 2012/13 (W1 D1 L4).
Roar last took three points from six Hyundai A-League games between November and December 2011.
The last time the Suncorp Stadium outfit took fewer than three points from six fixtures came between October and November 2006 (D1 L5).
In their last 20 league Hyundai A-League games, Brisbane have kept just three clean sheets.
Perth Glory are enjoying their best ever start to a Hyundai A-League season (W6 L1).
Perth have won four Hyundai A-League matches in a row for the first time in history.
Brisbane have lost just one of their last five Hyundai A-League games against Perth (W3 D1), though that defeat did come earlier this term.
Both teams have netted in just two of the last seven Hyundai A-League matches between these sides, though these were the most recent meetings.

Western Sydney Wanders FC v Sydney FC
The Wanderers’ winless run of six Hyundai A-League matches (D2 L4) this season marks their worst run of form ever in the A-League (excl. finals).
Sydney FC (W4 D3) have gone the first seven games of an Hyundai A-League season unbeaten for the first time in their history.
The Sky Blues are enjoying their best run of form since going nine Hyundai A-League games unbeaten (W4 D5) between Jan 3rd 2011 – Oct 8th 2011.
Sydney have conceded just one goal in their last four Hyundai A-League games.
Both teams netted in each of the last two fixtures between the sides, both won by Sydney, but this occurred just once in the first five Sydney derbies.
Just four goals have been scored in three derbies hosted by WSW, with each side notching one 1-0 victory apiece as well as a score draw.

The Nix have lost just one of their last six home Hyundai A-League games dating back to last season, keeping three clean sheets in this run (W2 D3).
Melbourne City have lost three Hyundai A-League games so far this season, but they have only lost fewer from their opening seven matches once (two in 2011/12).
City have won just one of their last eight Hyundai A-League games against Phoenix (W4 D3), though this was a 5-0 away success in February.

Prior to this season, Newcastle had been winless after seven Hyundai A-League games of the season just once before (2006/07 – D3 L4).
The Jets managed to win their eighth Hyundai A-League game of the campaign in 2006/07.
Newcastle last went seven Hyundai A-League games without a win between December 2013 and February 2014.
Newcastle have never gone eight games in a row without a win in a single Hyundai A-League season.
Central Coast are on a winless run of six matches (D2 L4), their last victory coming over their F3 derby rivals on the opening day of the season.
The only other time CCM won just one of their opening seven Hyundai A-League games came in the 2006/07 campaign.
The Mariners have scored in just one of their last four Hyundai A-League matches and have netted just four times in total this season.
CCM are enduring their longest winless run since going 10 without victory between November 2009 and January 2010.
The Gosford side are unbeaten in six clashes with their neighbours, winning four in that run.
Neither side has scored more than two goals in each of the last 12 meetings between the sides at Newcastle.
