It’s the big day in the FOXTEL Y-League with the 2018 Grand Final taking place on Saturday between defending champions Melbourne City and Western Sydney Wanderers.
The match will be played at McDonald Jones Stadium as part of a massive triple-header with the Hyundai A-League and the Westfield W-League.
Kick-off on Saturday is at 2pm but if you can’t get to the game it will be broadcast live and exclusive on Fox Sports channel 501.

HOW THEY GOT THERE
City advanced to a second straight decider by finishing on top of Conference A with five wins and a draw from their eight matches.
The Wanderers, led by first-year coach Arthur Diles, topped Conference B on 18 points, one ahead of local rivals Sydney FC.

City: despite easily winning their conference, City head into the decider on the back of two straight defeats against Perth Glory and Melbourne Victory.
Wanderers: while they beat Newcastle Jets 3-0 in their most recent clash, the Wanderers also lost two in a row prior to that.

City: they scored 24 goals from their eight regular season games. City fired off 82 shots at goal, with 57.3% of those hitting the target. They also sent in 95 crosses at a completion rate of 26.3%.
Wanderers: Diles’ side scored 29 goals from their eight matches. From their 101 shots at goal, 60.4% were on target, while 27.9% of their crosses hit the mark.
DEFENCE AND PASSING
City: conceded just 12 goals from eight games, from 86 shots at their goal. City made 3509 passes at an overall completion rate of 81.9%.
Wanderers: like City, shipped just 12 goals in the regular season, from 91 shots by the opposition. They made more than 300 extra passes than City (3812), with an 84.7% accuracy.
