Wellington Phoenix added experienced Serbian striker Andrija Kaludjerovic to their roster on Tuesday for the Hyundai A-League 2017/18 season.

Kaludjerovic has joined Phoenix from Thai outfit Port FC, where he scored six goals for the club.

â–ºKaludjerovic began his professional career in 2003. Wellington Phoenix will be the 19th-club he has played for over the last 15 years, with eight of those on loan.
►The 30-year-old spent part of last season at Lithuanian club Zalgiris. He scored 20 goals in just 19 games for the club to end as the league’s top goal-scorer.
â–ºDuring his time at Brisbane Roar in 2015, Kaludjerovic scored five goals in 10 Hyundai A-League outings. He was also ranked fourth in the best touches-per-goal ratio (41.4), behind only Marc Janko, Jamie Maclaren and Kerem Bulut.
►He scored 13 goals for Red Star Belgrade in 2011 which saw him finish as equal top scorer in the Serbian SuperLiga and earned him a spot in the league’s Team of the Year.
â–ºKaludjerovic played six games in the AFC Champions League for Beijing Guoan, scoring twice.
