Wellington Phoenix added experienced Serbian striker Andrija Kaludjerovic to their roster on Tuesday for the Hyundai A-League 2017/18 season.

Kaludjerovic has joined Phoenix from Thai outfit Port FC, where he scored six goals for the club.
Here are five other things you need to know about Wellington’s new Serbian hitman.
►Kaludjerovic began his professional career in 2003. Wellington Phoenix will be the 19th-club he has played for over the last 15 years, with eight of those on loan.
►The 30-year-old spent part of last season at Lithuanian club Zalgiris. He scored 20 goals in just 19 games for the club to end as the league’s top goal-scorer.
►During his time at Brisbane Roar in 2015, Kaludjerovic scored five goals in 10 Hyundai A-League outings. He was also ranked fourth in the best touches-per-goal ratio (41.4), behind only Marc Janko, Jamie Maclaren and Kerem Bulut.
►He scored 13 goals for Red Star Belgrade in 2011 which saw him finish as equal top scorer in the Serbian SuperLiga and earned him a spot in the league’s Team of the Year.
►Kaludjerovic played six games in the AFC Champions League for Beijing Guoan, scoring twice.
