Elise Kellond-Knight is in line to make her Brisbane Roar return in Sunday’s encounter with the Newcastle Jets.
The experienced Westfield Matilda rejoined her home state club for this campaign after a glittering seven-year spell for the Roar between 2008 and 2015, where she lifted two Westfield W-League Championships and a Premiership.
Roar foundation member Kellond-Knight is yet to make an appearance in the 2019/20 season after being sidelined with a hamstring problem, while Teigan Collister returns from injury for the visiting Jets.
Meanwhile, Shay Evans and Elizabeth Ralston return to the Sydney FC squad as the Westfield W-League Champions aim to bounce back from their 5-0 loss at the hands of Harbour City rivals Western Sydney Wanderers last week.
Their opponents on Sunday, Adelaide United, call on Ciara Fowler and Laura Johns, while Perth Glory promote Jenna Onions and Hana Lowry for their clash against Premiers Melbourne Victory on Saturday.
