Princess Ibini scored a rocket to put Sydney FC on the path to a huge victory over Perth Glory, collecting Goal of Round 10 honours along the way.
Ibini scored the second and sixth of Sydney’s goals against Perth Dorrien Gardens in the 6-2 win. It was the forward’s first of two scored in the game which was adjudged Goal of Round 10.
The left-footed strike was vicious and the build-up play was equally lethal as Ibini hammered Sydney two goals to the good.
Receiving the ball at chest height from a Charlotte Mclean cross, Ibini controlled inside the box, took the ball down to her right before chopping past Natasha Rigby to open up space for the shot.
Ibini proceeded to lash the ball past Lily Alfeld into the left corner of goal, giving the Perth ‘keeper no chance of keeping the attempt away.
