Connor Pain and Joshua Cavallo are the two newest additions to Western United ahead of the club’s inaugural 2019/20 Hyundai A-League season.
The competition’s newest club confirmed the double signing this morning, with Jonathan Aspropotamitis also destined for Victoria according to the Central Coast Mariners.
Experienced winger Pain has been a regular for the Gosford-based Mariners following his signature from Melbourne Victory in 2016, making 73 appearances in total.
Meanwhile, Young Socceroos midfielder Cavallo joins the club after excelling for Melbourne City in the Foxtel Y-League.

“We are very happy to secure Connor Pain,” said assistant coach and former Mariner John Hutchinson.
“Here is a young player that already has accumulated over 120 first team appearances and we believe he offers our new team a lot of options with his pace and ability out wide.
“Joshua Cavallo is another bright star on the Australian football scene and this is a great signing for us. T
“Those who follow Josh will know he is an industrious midfielder that has a great eye for scoring spectacular goals. Our fans are going to love him.”
