BEST XI: Hyundai A-League Team of the Week – Round 19
Adelaide United 2-0 Central Coast Mariners
George Blackwood’s sensational strike would ordinarily headline any match day but this was the night of history-making 15-year-old Mohamed Toure at Coopers Stadium.
Not only did Toure play a major hand in the opening goal after being introduced as a sub, but he followed up by netting the second to become the Hyundai A-League’s youngest ever goalscorer on his home debut.

Wellington Phoenix 1-0 Melbourne City
Two sides that have proven they are among the Hyundai A-League’s best went to battle in Auckland and the hosts came out winners in their second home, fortress Eden Park.
David Ball’s finish from Gary Hooper’s rampaging run was enough to separate the teams, who may even meet again in the Hyundai A-League Finals Series later in the campaign.

Western Sydney Wanderers 1-1 Newcastle Jets
Two coaches aiming to stamp their mark on these struggling Hyundai A-League clubs went head-to-head at Bankwest Stadium, and the outcome did neither any favours.
Mitchell Duke’s early penalty was cancelled out by Matt Millar’s late effort and Wanderers interim coach Jean-Paul de Marigny and new Jets boss Carl Robinson go back to the drawing board.

Western United FC 0-1 Brisbane Roar
For the second time in two weeks, 20-year-old striker Mirza Muratovic found the net and changed the game after being sent on by Roar head coach Robbie Fowler.
It was a Hyundai A-League debut to forget for Tomoki Imai, who was caught in possession by Brad Inman before the Brisbane attacker laid on the winner to send Roar four-points clear in the race for finals football.
