Wanderers smash Brisbane Roar in friendly

Western Sydney Wanderers continue to build strongly towards to Hyundai A-League 2017/18 Season after a crushing 4-0 pre-season friendly win over Brisbane Roar on Friday.

STORY OF THE GAME

*Winger Jaushua Sotirio was the star of the show for the Wanderers, scoring twice and setting up another.

*Lachlan Scott handed Tony Popovic’s side a 1-0 lead at the break when he opened the scoring on 33 minutes heading in Steven Lustica’s cross.

*The Wanderers ran away with the game inside the first 15 minutes after the break scoring three more times through Sotirio (two) and Abraham Majok.
