Western Sydney Wanderers have confirmed on Tuesday that goalkeeper Danijel Nizic has departed the club effective immediately.
Nizic joined the Wanderers in July 2018 from English League Two outfit Morecambe FC.
He played in one Hyundai A-League match for the club – against Melbourne City – as well as four appearances in the FFA Cup.
“The club wishes Nizic all the best in the future,” the Wanderers said in a statement.
Next up for Western Sydney Wanderers in Round 8 is a trip to face Newcastle Jets at McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday, 30 November at 7.30pm AEDT.
