Western Sydney Wanderers have maintained their strong performances during the Hyundai A-League pre-season with a 3-1 triumph over PS4 Queensland NPL side Brisbane City on Tuesday night.
Goals from Lachlan Scott, Abraham Majok and trialist Nick Krousoratis sealed the win for Tony Popovic’s troops, who are in Queensland as part of a weeklong training camp.
Despite an energetic start from the home side, the Wanderers took the lead through Scott after 14 minutes.

Eight minutes later, Brisbane found an equaliser as Owain Thomas found the net with a header at the back post.
With the scores level at half time, the Wanderers would break the deadlock just four minutes through a Majok header.
As Popovic rung the changes, trialist Krousoratis put the game to bed after some good work from Jaushua Sotirio.
