Wanderers announce new assistant coach

The NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers are pleased to announce Delfin Ferreres to the club’s coaching staff.

Western Sydney Wanderers have today confirmed the appointment of Spaniard Delfin Ferreres to the club’s coaching staff.

The 45-year-old joined the club leaving his roles at Bayamón FC in Puerto Rico where he was also Technical Director of DV7 Soccer (David Villa’s football academy).

Holding an UEFA Pro license and previously a coach in Spain’s Tecera (third) Division, Ferreres’ credentials and strong relationship with Wanderers’ head coach Josep Gombau will be important factors to help guide the Wanderers’ football forward.

Ferreres joins the Wanderers backroom staff including incumbent assistant coach Hayden Foxe and goalkeeping coach Davide del Giovine.
