Four stars of the Hyundai A-League have been nominated for the January Player of the Month award.
Besart Berisha (Western United FC), Gregory Wuthrich (Perth Glory), Craig Noone (Melbourne City), Liberato Cacace (Wellington Phoenix) are the nominated players.
You can have your say and vote for who you think should take out the prize for January by voting in the poll below – but before that, read on for a profile of the players.
VOTE: Hyundai A-League Coach of the Month – January
Besart Berisha – Western United FC
Age is certainly not wearying the Hyundai A-League’s greatest-ever scorer, who turned back the clock with five goals in four matches.
That included back-to-back doubles in United’s 3-0 win over Central Coast Mariners, as well as against Adelaide United in his 200th appearance in the competition.

Gregory Wuthrich – Perth Glory
Glory didn’t concede a goal in all of January, and their giant Swiss defender was a big reason why.
Strong, powerful and quick, Wuthrich got the better of every striker he came up against in January, including Golden Boot candidate Jamie Maclaren.

Craig Noone – Melbourne City
January was the month the Englishman finally lived up to his potential for City.
Noone scored twice – including a peach against Newcastle Jets – while he also had an assist as City went unbeaten all month.

Liberato Cacace – Wellington Phoenix
He may be just 19 but there’s little doubt Cacace is already the premier left-back in the Hyundai A-League.
And he was at his devastating best in January as Phoenix won three out of four matches, scoring a match-sealing goal in the victory over the Wanderers.
