Melbourne Victory have boosted their goalkeeping ranks, signing fringe Qantas Socceroo Nathan Coe on a three-year deal.
The 28 year-old was presented to the media at AAMI Park on Wednesday morning, before joining his new teammates for his first training session on Gosch-s Paddock.
Victory coach Ange Postecoglou said Coe will bring a lot of experience and character to his squad.
“I coached Nathan in the early stages of his career at various national team levels and he-s not only a committed footballer, but he is also a great character to have in the change room,” Postecoglou said.
“Nathan has been part of some massive clubs throughout his career to date and his experience in Europe, as well as with the Socceroos, will be invaluable – both on and off the pitch.”
