The Westfield W-League 2014 Grand Finalists have been determined with Melbourne Victory and Brisbane Roar to meet in next Sunday-s decider, following wins over Sydney FC and Canberra United respectively.

The Victory, who are seeking to claim their maiden Westfield W-League crown, will host the Westfield W-League Grand Final for the second successive year, while Brisbane Roar have won two of the five previous editions of the competition.

Fourth-placed Brisbane Roar were first into the decider edging past premiers Canberra in Saturday-s rain-swept semi-final with a second-half winner from Elise Kellond-Knight.

Sunday saw Melbourne Victory secure a thrilling 3-2 win over Sydney FC with American midfielder Lauren Barnes slotting home the winner from the penalty spot midway through the second half.

Third-placed Melbourne Victory as the highest placed team will host the grand final at Lakeside Stadium next Sunday at 3pm. The match will be broadcast on ABC1 at 3pm nationally.
