After scoring on debut last week, Doniak further endeared herself to Adelaide United fans with a superb treble in a 3-1 upset of Perth Glory.
The 23-year-old, on loan from NWSL side North Carolina Courage, showed why she’s represented her country at youth level with a trio of fine finishes.
Doniak sealed her hat-trick with an unstoppable shot off her unfavoured left foot and was substituted late on to a well-deserved standing ovation.

Stengel struck twice in four minutes to give Newcastle Jets hope during their eventual 5-2 defeat at Melbourne City.
The striker pounced on Lydia Williams’ unfortunate slip for her first before making it a brace with a thumping left-footed effort.
That’s three goals in three games for the 25-year-old, who netted six in 12 for Western Sydney last term.

Selected by Seattle Reign with the fourth pick of the 2016 NWSL draft, Pickett is undoubtedly one to watch this season.
And the defender showed why as her long-range free-kick gave Brisbane Roar a 1-0 win over the Wanderers on Saturday.

Pressley continued a good weekend for goalscoring defenders by netting a vital equaliser for Canberra United in their come-from-behind 3-2 victory over Sydney FC on Sunday.
On loan from Orlando Pride, where she plays alongside Steph Catley and Alanna Kennedy, the defender is settling in quickly Down Under.
RACHEL HILL
Fresh from last week’s hat-trick, Hill turned in another strong 90 minutes despite being overshadowed by Doniak in Adelaide.
The classy forward bagged an assist of sorts when her cross was sliced in for an own goal by Reds defender Emma Checker.
Hill worked hard in the absence of Westfield Matildas star Sam Kerr and will hope to reunite with her partner-in-crime next weekend.
