Brisbane Roar attacker Ben Halloran has been linked with a move to Robbie Kruse’s current club Fortuna Dusseldorf.

According to a report by The World Game the German club, who are threatened with relegation despite a stellar season from Kruse have been keeping tabs on the speedy Halloran for a long time and have been impressed with what he has to offer.

Halloran, who netted four goals as Roar came within a game of reaching this season-s A-League grand final, has two years left on the three year deal he signed with the club after Gold Coast United folded and it is believed the transfer fee for him could be around the $400,000 mark.
