Western Sydney Wanderers have signed Caltex Socceroo Chris Ikonomidis on loan from Serie A outfit S.S Lazio until the end of the Hyundai A-League 2017/18 season.
Capped six times by the Socceroos, the 22-year-old forward returns home having spent the last six years in Italy.
The Sutherland junior will arrive in Sydney imminently to bolster head coach Josep Gombau’s attacking stocks.
