The Western Sydney Wanderers have continued their off-season squad clean-out with the club today announcing the departure of midfielder Jacob Pepper by mutual consent.
Pepper joined Tony Popovic’s squad in June 2015 and played a total of 14 matches for the Wanderers in the Hyundai A-League and Westfield FFA Cup.
The 24-year-old joins Romeo Castelen, Andreu, Alberto, Golgol Mebrahtu, Federico Piovaccari, Matt Sim, Liam Reddy and Dario Vidosic in exiting the club following last season’s Grand Final defeat.

Wanderers CEO John Tsatsimas thanked Pepper for his contribution to the club over the past 12 months.
“Jacob was a popular figure around the club and leaves with our best wishes,” said Tsatsimas.
