As a member of the Foxtel A-League All Stars expert selection panel, former Socceroo Tony Vidmar has unique input into the team that will eventually run out to face Manchester United on 20 July.
And with the public vote now known, Vidmar has decided on his team to take on new United manager David Moyes.
The starting XI is drawn from four teams: Western Sydney, Brisbane Roar, Central Coast and Melbourne Victory.
The only players not from those clubs are on the subs bench – Wellington striker Jeremy Brockie, Adelaide goalkeeper Eugene Galekovic and Sydney FC-s marquee man Alessandro Del Piero.
