Wellington Phoenix defender Tiana Jaber has earned an international call-up with Lebanon ahead of the nation’s participation in a four-nation tournament in Nepal.
Jaber will travel to Kathmandu to link up with the Lebanon international squad after Wellington’s Round 16 clash with Perth Glory on Sunday.

The 24-year-old was first called up by Lebanon in 2024 and has earned a recall off the back of consistent form for the Phoenix in the Ninja A-League, where she has featured in all of Wellington’s 15 league fixtures this season.
Lebanon take on Myanmar on Monday, February 17 in their first game of the four-nation tournament. They’ll then face host nation Nepal on Thursday, February 20 before taking on Kyrgyzstan on Sunday week.
The top two nations at the end of the round-robin tournament will face off in the final on February 26.
Jaber will return to the Phoenix following the conclusion of the tournament and be available for selection in Round 17 as Wellington host Adelaide United at Porirua Park on March 2.
