The teams are IN ahead of Round 24 of the 2024-25 Isuzu UTE A-League season.
Several teams return from the international break with key players sidelined through injury. Wellington Phoenix have confirmed hamstring injuries for both Scott Wootton and Isaac Hughes, as well as a calf injury to Paulo Retre while captain Alex Rufer sits out Round 24 due to a one-week suspension.
Meanwhile, Melbourne Victory striker Clarismario Santos is injured for Saturday night’s Original Rivalry clash with Adelaide United, while Melbourne City will be without Subway Socceroos star Mathew Leckie for the next two games after he suffered a moderate-grade calf strain prior to the international break.
City will be boosted, however, by the news that German Ferreyra (concussion) and Yonatan Cohen (calf) have both been cleared to play after missing a 1-0 loss to Newcastle Jets last time out.
