Sydney FC and Westfield Matildas midfielder Chloe Logarzo is making the move to England’s FA Women’s Super League, after securing a deal with Bristol City.
Logarzo will move from the Sky Blues for a transfer fee once the Westfield Matildas’ qualification matches for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in China are over.
Logarzo has spent six and a half seasons with the Sky Blues and won two Westfield W-League Championships, in addition to representing the Westfield Matildas on 41 occasions since making her full international debut in 2013.
She joins a growing band of fellow Westfield Matildas in the English top flight with Sam Kerr at Chelsea and Hayley Raso at Everton, while Westfield Young Matildas representative Jacynta Galabadaarachchi is at West Ham United.
The 25-year-old said sydneyfc.com she is not ruling out a return to the club in the future.

With the Westfield W-League finishing next month, the former Young Matildas’ captain will now receive regular game time until the end of May, as she looks to win a spot in Ante Milicic’s squad for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in July.
Sydney FC Head Coach Ante Juric believes Logarzo has earned the right to play in Europe.
“Chloe has been a fabulous player for Sydney FC over the years and has given everything for the Sky Blue shirt,” he said.
“In particular, her performances last season played a big role in our Championship success and she is fully deserving of this terrific opportunity to play full-time in England.
“I’d like to place on record my thanks to Chloe for her commitment and endeavours in my time over the last two years, and also to the club during her six and a half years here.”
