Sydney FC have confirmed that Vedran Janjetovic has departed the club after agreeing to a request to terminate the goalkeeper’s contract.
The keeper asked and was granted personal leave by the club last month and has been out of action ever since.
His last appearance was as a substitute for the Sky Blues in the 2-1 round five win over Melbourne Victory on Saturday 5th November.
The 29-year-old has been linked to a move to rivals Western Sydney Wanderers in recent weeks.Â
