Social media reacts to new logos

Australian club football will have an exciting new look from next season with new logos and fresh colours for the Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League and Foxtel National Youth League announced last night (Tues).

And the announcement caused a stir on social media, as you’d expect, with many intrigued by the unique coloured badges for each club.

You can never please everyone, but overall there’s been a positive reaction.

Ryan Fernance on Facebook loved the new team-based designs, while the logo change got a “thumbs up” from Dejan Ristic.

Jacob Hunt said on Facebook felt the time was right for a refresh of the league’s logo, while Nick Tewson loved the simplicity of the new design.
