Melbourne Victory have snared Polly Doran and Emma Robers, two talents hot off the Women’s National Premier League production line.
Doran (18) and Robers (21) both sign from Calder United and complete the club’s Westfield W-League local signings roster.
“It’s always exciting to secure new young talent and we’ve found that with Polly and Emma,” said Victory boss Jeff Hopkins.
“Squad balance is very important, and these two add that element of youth that we felt we needed to round out the squad.
“They’ll gain a lot from the experience ahead and I look forward to working with them both closely.”
Victory’s Premiership defence begins on Sunday, November 17 against reigning Champions and Big Blue rivals Sydney FC.
