The 25-year-old midfielder will enter his fourth season at the Wanderers having first joined the club in 2014 from Blacktown City.
The Kings Park local has now notched up 54 appearances in Red and Black following an impressive 2016/17 season where he featured in all but two of the Wanderers’ Hyundai A-League fixtures.
He also played every single minute of the Wanderers’ AFC Champions League 2017 campaign and was named the club’s AFC Champions League Player of the Tournament.
“I’m very thankful and excited to be spending next two years of my career at the Wanderers,” Baccus said.
“The coaching staff have taken my game to another level over the last three years and I plan to continue working hard and helping the team.”
