MATCH-UP ONE: Melbourne City vs Brisbane Roar

PS4: Saisanas vs AussieFIFAHD

Getting back to his winning ways last week with a comprehensive victory over Sydney FC substitute Joshawaa, AussieFIFA takes on Saisanas who’s task doesn’t get any easier.

Saisanas had a tough week as he faced Western Sydney’s N8 Jaz and although he came back from a 3-0 deficit to secure a 4-4 draw, it was unfortunately not enough as he suffered a 2-0 defeat in the first leg.

Expect this game to be one of the games of the night.

XBOX: Storm Noa vs AKP0

With Melbourne City regular Marcus Gomes unavailable as he travels to London to represent Australia at the FUT Champions Cup, Storm Noa comes in with the hopes of picking up the three points.

His opponent, AKP0, made his return last week and unfortunately was unable to find success as he fell to Sydney FC’s Nfamous_Shadow over the course of two legs.

With this match-up being second-placed City taking on third-placed Brisbane, it could be the deciding game between the two sides when it comes to getting the three points and moving up on the ladder.

MATCH-UP TWO: Newcastle Jets vs Western Sydney Wanderers

PS4: Fweshest vs N8 Jaz

Despite the disparity in the teams on the table, Fweshest and Jaz have both proven they are two of the top competitors this season.

Jaz is coming off a strong win over City’s Saisanas, despite letting a three-goal second leg lead slip and Fweshest won’t look to make things easier for him either.

After a tough and narrow loss to Wellington’s oCenk, Fweshest will be looking to rebound and pick up a vital three points for his Newcastle team.

XBOX: N8 Liz vs N8 OhNoAGoat

Following another heavy defeat last week, Liz faces another tough opponent in Western Sydney’s OhNoAGoat who also suffered a heavy defeat in the previous week.

OhNoAGoat fell to the hands of City’s Marcus Gomes 5-0 in the first leg, before bouncing back and shocking the man they call ‘Goatmes’ with a 3-1 victory in the second leg.

Meanwhile, Liz suffered two heavy defeats to Wellington’s JustManUtd and will be hoping for a favourable turn of events come Thursday.

MATCH-UP THREE: Sydney FC vs Melbourne Victory

PS4: Joshawaa vs Sarge_Fifa

Filling in for the absent FUTWIZ Marko, Sydney FC substitute Joshawaa’s return last week got off to a rough start as he fell heavily to Brisbane’s AussieFIFA.

His Round 6 opponent, Sarge_Fifa, makes his return after sitting out last week and will be looking to continue his run of being the only remaining competitor to be unbeaten this season.

XBOX: Nfamous_Shadow vs Mouad Zwed

An impressive and hard-fought win against Perth’s, N8 Highfly, has prepared Victory’s Mouad Zwed for what will be another tough week as he takes on Sydney’s Nfamous_Shadow.

Nfamous is coming off a strong win over Brisbane’s AKP0 and with his 3-5-2 formation proving difficult for some players to deal with, Mouad Zwed will have to be on his game if he wishes to help the Victory continue to sit atop of the E-League table.

MATCH-UP FOUR: Adelaide United vs Wellington Phoenix

PS4: RickTran_ vs oCenk_

The fourth match-up of the night sees Adelaide’s RickTran_ take on Wellington’s oCenk_ in what promises to be a very tight affair.

With Adelaide coming off a 7-7 draw in their game against the Mariners last week, a first for the second E-League season, Rick will be looking for a strong performance against oCenk in the hopes of picking up all three points this week.

Meanwhile, oCenk is coming off an impressive win against Newcastle’s Fweshest and will be hoping for a similar result this week to keep Wellington’s title hopes alive.

XBOX: vDreamz Shooter vs N8 JustManUtd

With FUTWIZ Jamie away in London at the FUT Champions Cup, vDreamz Shooter returns to the E-League in the hopes of continuing the form he showed when he beat Perth’s Highfly over two legs.

His opponent, however, is coming into this match-up having found an ability to score goals, and score plenty of them. Having scored 12 goals last week against Newcastle’s Liz, which included a 7-0 first leg victory, the second largest in E-League history.

There’s no doubt this fixture will produce goals, and for Wellington to continue their push for the title, they will need results like this to go their way.

MATCH-UP FIVE: Central Coast Mariners vs Perth Glory

PS4: JesseD1996 vs StridentCorn

The final match-up of the night sees StridentCorn returning from a week off to take on Mariners representative JesseD who managed to successfully beat Adelaide’s RickTran last week.

With Strident conceding 16 goals and only scoring two in the last 3 weeks, fans will be hoping that he will come back strong after the week off and showcase the determined performances that have become a staple of his game.

XBOX: KyrenFIFA vs N8 Highfly

Two competitors who’s results haven’t quite reflected their individual skill face each other as Perth’s N8 Highfly takes on KyrenFIFA from the Central Coast Mariners.

Kyren is coming off a narrow loss to Adelaide’s FUTWIZ Jamie in their historic 7-7 draw last week and will be hoping to turn around a disappointing week.

His opponent will certainly make things difficult as Highfly has proved to everyone this season that he has the ability to go the distance with the best players in the region. Despite losing to Victory’s Mouad Zwed last week, Highfly certainly hasn’t let that stop him in the past and will be certain to continue that trend.
