Jeff Hopkins’ Victory sit in fourth place on the Westfield W-League table, and will be eager to build on a four-game unbeaten run with a positive result against the sixth-placed Wanderers.
Dean Heffernan led the Red and Black to a second successive win in Round 10, edging Champions Melbourne City 1-0 at home. The Wanderers hit the road intent on keeping their Finals Series dream alive, trailing Victory by four points leading into the Thursday night fixture.
The two teams last met in Round 4 of the 2019/20 Westfield W-League campaign, sharing the points in a 1-1 draw in Morwell.
