Liam Rose will join forces with Central Coast Mariners great John Hutchinson after signing for El Paso Locomotive until the end of the USL Championship season.
Rose made 17 appearances for Macarthur FC in the Isuzu UTE A-League this season but will reunite with head coach and technical director Hutchinson on a short-term deal in El Paso.

The 25-year-old played alongside Hutchinson and worked with the Central Coast legend during his transition into coaching in Gosford, where Rose joined the Mariners in 2014.
Rose played 74 games for the Mariners before making the move to Ararat-Armenia in 2018 prior to returning to Australia in 2019, eventually signing for Macarthur the following year.
Hutchinson is in his first season as head coach and technical director of El Paso Locomotive in the United States.
A former assistant of Ange Postecoglou in Japan, Hutchinson’s Locomotive are ninth in the 13-team USL Championship Western Conference, with 13 points from 11 games.
