The Hyundai A-League Player of the Year confirmed he was to leave Victory for Europe three weeks ago, with Germany his expected destination.
The Herald Sun is reporting that Rojas will be officially unveiled by the club tonight, after agreeing a multi-year contract.
Rojas, 21, has enjoyed an outstanding season under Victory coach Ange Postecoglou, culminating in the “Kiwi Messi” winning the Johhny Warren Medal at the A-League Awards.
The All White will join Stuttgart on a free transfer but Victory are set to receive $180,000 in compensation under FIFA laws.
