Prepare for Furious Hyundai A-League action at Dairy Farmers Stadium as the Green Army look to down the Jets. Don-t miss it!

After a fantastic turnout at Dairy Farmers Stadium last time round, thanks to the club-s generous offer of free admission, hopefully there will be plenty of fans who fancy another trip to see Franz Straka-s side in action in their first home game of a year that they-ll pray will be less traumatic than the one they have just waved goodbye to.

Still, regardless of the off-field turmoil and the consequent struggles on the pitch this season, there can be no doubting that Fury always offer top notch entertainment. Win, lose or draw, the players who pull on the green always give 100 per cent to the cause and, more often than not, are involved in some truly fantastic encounters.

So, be sure to get along to the game on Saturday and check out the action for youself. If you were one of the many fans who took up the offer of a free ticket last time round, then how about giving something back to a club that could really do with your support as it battles for its very existence?

Not only will you feel good about yourself for getting behind your community football club, but you-ll get some very reasonably-priced outstanding Hyundai A-League action too. Double the reason to buy tickets today!

Fury will be out for revenge over this Saturday-s opponents after they came a cropper against them last time the sides turned out at Dairy Farmers Stadium. A month ago, Newcastle Jets extended their unbeaten run to five games by picking up a win against the Green Army despite being under the cosh for long periods. As has so often been the case in the Hyundai A-League 2010/11 season, Fury were bursting with desire and enterprise, but couldn-t make it count when it mattered.

They could have been – but weren-t – in front at half-time and even after continuing to press forward into the second-half, the goal simply wouldn-t come. Inevitably enough, Newcastle eventually picked off the home side, with two hammer blows in the closing stages. Such a game epitomised the 2010 part of this season for Fury; so much enterprise, so much endeavour, so much nice play, so much sweat and effort, yet the result didn-t match the performance.

However, such is the spirit in the camp that Fury never look for excuses, never sulk, but rather dust themselves down and get on with it. In the next home game after this Newcastle defeat, they battled their way to a wonderful win over Sydney.

Jets, meanwhile, will head to Townsville once again with memories of that hard-earned win still very fresh. For them, it was a strong defensive performance that laid the foundations for the result, and this is something they will be looking to repeat on Saturday as they aim to keep their Grand Finals dream very much alive.

Fury meanwhile, will be looking for a repeat of the only other time the sides met at Dairy Farmers Stadium. Towards the end of the 2009/10 Hyundai A-League season, they came from a goal down to steal a 2-1 win which lifted them from ninth to eighth in the ladder. A similar result on Saturday would do very nicely thank you.

Can Fury get some revenge on Newcastle Jets and secure three much-needed points, or will Jets cause more misery for the team in green? Matches between these two tough competitors always offer something special, so make your way to Dairy Farmers Stadium and get right amongst the blistering action.
