Ange Postecoglou will name his preliminary 30-man squad on Wednesday for next month’s make-or-break Intercontinental Playoff against Honduras to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
With the Hyundai A-League now in full swing, a host of players are putting their hand up to earn selection in arguably the national team’s biggest qualifiers since 2005.
We want you to tell us which of these Hyundai A-League stars should make Ange’s 30-man squad.

RHYS WILLIAMS
The versatile Williams has been one of Melbourne Victory’s best over the opening three rounds.
Equally effective in defence or midfield, the 29-year-old could be a handy inclusion against the speedy Hondurans.
JOSH BRILLANTE
The Sydney FC star, who was in the frame for the 2014 FIFA World Cup squad, is in career-best form and looks tailor-made for international football in Ange’s system.
Brillante is superb technically, has a big engine and doesn’t lose too many tackles, while he can produce goals from midfield (as we saw in Saturday night’s Sydney Derby)
CHRIS HERD
If it wasn’t for a tough run with injuries, Herd would already have a lot of international caps to his name.
Has settled in beautifully in Western Sydney Wanderers’ midfield and looms as a legitimate option for Postecoglou in these do-or-die encounters.
ADAM TAGGART
You can never have too many goalscorers in your squad and Taggart is a genuine finisher.
The Perth Glory striker, who started against Spain at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, has scored three goals in his last two games in the Hyundai A-League.
Which of these @ALeague players is most likely to make the 30-man @Socceroos squad?
