Fans have voted Perth Glory’s epic Semi Final victory over Adelaide United as their Game of the Hyundai A-League 2018/19 Season.
One hundred and 20 minutes and penalties were required for Premiers Perth to secure their Grand Final ticket back in May after overcoming an Adelaide team who simply refused to lie down.
The Reds were ultimately bested 7-6 in the shootout – with Glory ‘keeper Liam Reddy saving four spot-kicks – but not before Marco Kurz’s side completed a remarkable two-goal turnaround in the final seconds of normal time, before again recovering from a deficit in extra time to force penalties.

The night of high drama in WA won an overwhelming 50% of the vote, with Melbourne Victory’s 3-3 thriller with Wellington Phoenix in Round 14 securing 24%.
Adelaide’s 4-3 comeback win over Brisbane Roar in Round 17 took out third place with 11% of the vote.
