There appears to be hope for Brisbane fans after a recent report from FOX SPORTS suggests Taggart’s injury is not as bad as first feared.
According to the news outlet, Brisbane’s club medical staff have labelled Taggart as ‘touch and go’ to face Newcastle Jets in the Hunter – where it all began for the striker.
Taggart’s inclusion would be a major positive for the Roar, following his promising displays in the past two games against Melbourne City and Adelaide United.
Head coach John Aloisi’s attack, which includes Taggart and Éric Bauthéac, is beginning to show signs of telepathy, with the Frenchman showing his class alongside Taggart in the 2018/19 Season.
