On Thursday, 27 January 2011, the A-League Disciplinary Committee consisting of Lachlan Gyles SC (Chair), Anthony Lo Surdo and Robert Wheatley convened to hear a matter referred to it by the Match Review Panel in relation to the player Kevin Muscat.
The Disciplinary Committee has determined that the player will serve an eight (8) match suspension. Under the A-League Disciplinary Regulations, Melbourne Victory FC have seven (7) days to lodge an appeal from the date on which the written determination or notice from FFA is received.
