The delayed 2012/13 NYL decider between Central Coast Mariners and Melbourne Victory will now be played at the Mariner’s Centre of Excellence on March 3, Kick-Off 3pm.
While not strictly a Grand Final, the round 18 contest will ultimately decide which Club will win the 2012/13 NYL crown. Central Coast Mariners Youth must win the encounter to claim back-to-back NYL titles, while Melbourne Victory Youth can afford to draw with the junior Mariners by virtue of their superior goal difference.
The two teams have identical records this NYL campaign, having both won 12 of 17 matches. Neither side has drawn a game this season.
