‘This is not a drill’: World erupts over Bolt’s brace

From sprint king to star striker – Usain Bolt notched a brace in his first professional footballing start for Central Coast Mariners on Friday.

The 32-year-old Jamaican was full of endeavour in his 75-minute cameo for Mike Mulvey’s side against Macarthur South West United, capping his display with a second half brace in Central Coast’s 4-0 win.

That will give the Mariners plenty of food for thought as they ponder whether to hand Bolt a Hyundai A-League contract.
